Falmouth Triangle

Long Course: at 26nm distance is one of the more challenging time-trials around. The start and finish is on Gyllyngvase Beach, Falmouth with two turn points - Gull Rock (SW 927,369) and Manacle Cardinal Buoy (SW 830,207).

Short Course: starts at Swanpool Beach (50:14'.04N, 005:07'50'W) and the two turning points are: Black Rock Cardinal (50:08'.68N 005:01'.74W), and August Rock Cardinal Buoy (50: 06'.10 N 005:05'.00W). Both courses can be attempted in either direction.
