Menai Ultimate

Course: Start: By the steps in the stone wall on the N side of the entrance to the Fort Belan dock (SH442,609)
Turn point: Trwyn Du lighthouse (SH641,815) then return to the start point.

Note: The Menai Straits include fast-moving flows and stretches of white-water, with some surprisingly exposed areas. It is also a busy waterway. Conditions can change rapidly here - do not underestimate them.
