Crossings

• All crossings should start and finish at realistic launch/landing points, such as beach, slipway or jetty.
  
  
• Crossings should be timed from the start/landing point.
  
  
• Crossings should be timed to the land mass of the final destination, not to offshore features such as rocks, islets, islands, reefs etc.
  
  
• Crossings may be single or multi-day but must be single stage. i.e. any landing completes the crossing.
  
  
• Crossings may be escorted. This will be recorded in any results.
