Strumble Head Lighthouse

The Welsh Coastline

For those who perhaps don't have the luxury of enough spare time to complete the full Wales Circumnavigation; paddling the length of Welsh Coastline could be a worthwhile alternative. The 'standard' route seems to be Chepstow to Chester. But hey, if you've gone that far you may as well carry on down the inland sections to close the loop! The rivers and canals are interesting and enjoyable - making a pleasant change for a sea paddler.
